Aiding and improving the implementation of ground-breaking legislation, such as the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (“MAUCRSA”), which structures important regulatory groundwork for cannabis compliance within the industry, is key for the NOCC. As a community, we will always support legislative affairs which seek to enhance the sustainability of a thriving cannabis industry working to benefit the majority rather than the few. Partnering with local government officials and politically active member-advocates is imperitive for the growth of our community.
